Completion of a Genealogy Request is done at the convenience of our cemetery staff. Burials are the top priority at our cemetery, so it may take some time before you receive a response with the information from our archives. After receipt of the Genealogy Request Form and the appropriate payment, our staff will conduct the research in our files and send you the following:
A copy of the lot register which may include:
• Name of deceased
• Last Address
• Location of grave
• Age at death
• Date of death
• Date of burial
• Funeral Director
The fee for Genealogy research is:
• $10.00 for up to 10 names
• $10.00 plus an additional $2.00 for every name over ten names. (For example, for eleven names the cost would be $12.00, for twelve names the cost would be $14.00, etc.)
Please complete the Genealogy Request Form if you wish to start a genealogy search. You can bring your completed form and payment into the office or you can mail it to us.
NOTE: Payment must be received before research begins.
